Jason D. Smith is a survey project manager.  He received an A.A.S. from Texas State Technical College.  Jason is a part of the “First Impressions One Team” at Highridge Church, serves as a Fort Belknap Water Board Trustee, a member of the Loving Volunteer Fire Dept., and Graham Athletic Booster Club.  Jason is married to Kelly Smith and they have a daughter (Reagan) who is a 2020 GHS graduate, and a son (Scout) who attends GHS.
