If you are new to the district and have never been enrolled in any GISD schools, please contact your child's school for registration procedures.

Parents/Guardians of new students, please bring the following items to complete your registration:

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Shot Records

• Parent or Guardian ID (Driver's License, Passport, or State ID)

• Proof of Residence - one of the following:  Utility Bill (Water, Gas, or Electric), Proof of owning home or a lease agreement 

• Withdrawal form from previous school district

• If not custodial or legal guardian, you will need to complete a Voluntary Caregiver Form
