GRAHAM ISD

Graham ISD uses Skyward Finance and Frontline to report employee absences even if no substitute is required. All employees are responsible for entering their own absences.  Frontline is available 24/7 by telephone or by internet. Employees can report and review absences, check their personal information, create a favorite substitute request list, or take a short tutorials in the Employee Learning Center.

Frontline can also be accessed with ClassLink for GISD eemployees.

Facts and Common Errors

• If you are locked out of the system there is an option to use the PIN reminder and to get assistance with Login problems.
• A full day absence spans more than 4 hours. Even one minute over 4 hours is recognized by the system as a full day.
• If you enter a job and request a substitute then later discover you no longer need a sub, please remember to cancel the job! If a sub reports to work you will be charged 1/2 day personal leave.
