I began my educationalal carreer as a general education classroom teacher, while there I worked with some students with disabilities and realized I enjoyed it. I then taught special education, before becoming a diagnostician. I have been an education diagnostician since 1996. I have been a diagnostican in Graham since 1998.
I have been married to my husband Ted, since 1992. We met in El Paso while both teaching. We have two children who are both in college. My son Trey attends Midwestern University and is majoring in mathematics. My daughter, Kathryn, attends Hardin Simons University in Abilene and is majoring in Bio-Chem. Both of my children attended Graham ISD. Trey graduated in 2011 and Kathryn in 2017.
I enjoy reading. Playing with my pets is also something I enjoy doing. We have two basset hounds and a beagle living in the house with our two cats. Traveling is another hobbie I enjoy doing with my family.
